As the CEO of SingCapital Pte Ltd, a reputable Financial Advisory firm licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Alfred oversees the strategic direction and operations of the company.

With over 30 years of experience in the Financial Advisory Industry, Mr. Alfred has served both Individuals and Corporations, providing expert financial advice and solutions to meet their unique needs and goals. His extensive expertise includes administering Professional Indemnity Insurance for the Real Estate Industry since2003, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the legal regulations governing and impacting this sector.

Passionate about education, Alfred actively shares his knowledge with others. He is renowned as the Creator and Chief Trainer of the highly regarded program, 'Singapore Accredited Mortgage Planner,' tailored for Real Estate and Financial Professionals. Through this initiative, he empowers others to enhance their financial planning skills and serve their clients better.

Mark is known for his forward-thinking approach and focuses on emerging trends to unlock new opportunities for clients. His vision is to bring investment and private banking solutions to the retail level and he maintains a high profile with high net-worth and ultra high net-worth clients. His role involves revenue planning, market strategy, forecasting, and integrating new and innovative product strategies.
