About the Speakers
Dr Li Wenlong is the Chief Economist in Tusheng Technology, a leading economic data mining company powered by AI technology. He is a Senior Economist in the ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO). Since September 2014, he has been in charge of the surveillance work for China's Economy, and also contributes to the East Asian region. He was in charge of Japan's economy from February 2012 to August 2014 in AMRO.Dr Li has varied expertise in macroeconomics and policy analysis, as well as international cooperation from working at a central bank and international financial institutions.Before joining AMRO, Dr Li worked for the People's Bank of China, the central bank of the People's Republic of China, for regional economic surveillance and financial cooperation from July 2004 to February 2012.During 2009-2010, Dr Li worked in the Asia and Pacific Department of the International Monetary Fund as special appointee/economist and was involved in surveillance work for East Asia.
Alfred is the CEO of SingCapital, a Financial Advisory firm licensed by Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial advisory field serving both individuals and Corporations. He also sits on the board of various real estate funds as independent director and advisory board member. He is currently serving as the President of Financial Planning Association of Singapore(FPAS). He is regularly interviewed by numerous media channels for his insights and perspectives on financial matters
